Sky VC Networks, a Celina Texas based technology company, is seeking a Multi-Service Customer Support Engineer in support of its call control and device management platform, Sky DANCE as well as a legacy product – Emergent Networks Telecommunications Infrastructure Control Environment (ENTICE).
- Provide top-level technical support to customers worldwide who provide Voice Over IP services based on Sky DANCE and/or Entice systems.
- Apply analytical skills and technical knowledge to solve product and network problems of moderate to high complexity.
- Generate clear and concise documentation in the form of case notes, technical tips and white papers.
- Identify and develop resolution of existing software defects.
- Develop software add-on features to expand the capabilities of Sky DANCE and/or ENTICE.
- Have in-depth knowledge of telecommunication systems and IP network environments.
- Have detailed insight on implementation of Sky DANCE and/or Entice System.
- Demonstrated experience deploying and troubleshooting Sky DANCE and/or Entice systems.
- Demonstrated ability to expand upon existing knowledge.
- Expertise in live debugging Sky DANCE and/or Entice on the customer’s environment.
- Master in computer science or related field.
- 10 years working experience in computer software design or computer systems support field.
