Sky VC Networks, a Celina Texas based technology company, is seeking a Multi-Service Customer Support Engineer in support of its call control and device management platform, Sky DANCE as well as a legacy product – Emergent Networks Telecommunications Infrastructure Control Environment (ENTICE).

Responsibility:

  • Provide top-level technical support to customers worldwide who provide Voice Over IP services based on Sky DANCE and/or Entice systems.
  • Apply analytical skills and technical knowledge to solve product and network problems of moderate to high complexity.
  • Generate clear and concise documentation in the form of case notes, technical tips and white papers.
  • Identify and develop resolution of existing software defects.
  • Develop software add-on features to expand the capabilities of Sky DANCE and/or ENTICE.

Qualifications:

  • Have in-depth knowledge of telecommunication systems and IP network environments.
  • Have detailed insight on implementation of Sky DANCE and/or Entice System.
  • Demonstrated experience deploying and troubleshooting Sky DANCE and/or Entice systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to expand upon existing knowledge.
  • Expertise in live debugging Sky DANCE and/or Entice on the customer’s environment.
  • Master in computer science or related field.
  • 10 years working experience in computer software design or computer systems support field.
  • Language expert in: C++, Objective C, Java, Javascript, PHP, Linux shell scripting in a real-time environment.
