Users have 2 ways to listen to the recorded conversations from Sky Central Recording page:
1. Listen to the recorded conversations by selecting the specific conversation and click on the play icon.
2. Select the specific record and click on Download icon to save the conversation on local server in the .wav file format which can be played later or be transferred onto a different media player.
Sky Central Recording page can be reached by clicking on the Recording tab as shown below:
