The keypad is used to dial voice or video calls. A screenshot is show below. Pressing the Call button will initiate a call. Pressing the "Add contacts" button will allow you to add the current phone number being dialed to the contacts list. Pressing the "Settings" button (if it is exposed) will let you view/change the settings on the SkyPhone. The status of the phone - registered/etc. is in the upper right corner. When the phone is properly registered you should see the "Registered" message in green (Apple devices) or a green dot in the status area at the top or bottom of your screen (Android devices). Other messages will indicate if there are issues during registration or calling.
The following keys will move you to other screens:
For Apple: Settings- if enabled, will direct you to the setup screens. Tab keys at the bottom will direct you to the indicated screens: Favorites, Recents,Contacts,Messaging, or Voicemail.
For Android: The Back Key - will direct you to the various other screens: Options, Keypad, Contacts, Favorites, Recents,Messages, or Voicemail as indicated.
