Configure your own calling card access numbers

1. DIDs can be managed directly in the billing module or imported from another system.  
2. To route a DID to the prepaid system, it can be configured by setting up a prepaid entry in the dial manager of Sky PBX which will route calls to the prepaid.lua script.
3.  Then in the Sky DANCE called pretranslation table you will put an entry like this in to route it to the prepaid system.

<prepaid access DID> .       prepaid@sky-networks.com (or whatever company domain holds the prepaid script in the Sky PBX dialmanager dial plan)
