Users can record the phone conversations by setting up the recording sessions before making the calls. Calls can be recorded in:

  - Inbound direction only
  - Outbound direction only
  - Bidirectional (for both inbound and outbound legs)

To set up call recording:

  1. Click on the Setting tab.
  2. Click on "Greeting, Screening, Recording & Hold Music" link on the left panel.
  3. Click on "Call Recording"
  4. Select Call Recording Options and save the setting
