Users with administrator privilege can manage conference rooms created from Server Rooms page. Server Rooms page can be accessed by clicking on Orangization link from user pull down, followed by clicking on Server Rooms link:
Admin users can join the existing conference, start a new conference for the user, make change to conference room settings or manage access from for the conference room:
