Users may setup a personal greeting for the incoming calls such that the callers will hear the greeting message followed by the ringtone. To enable or disable greeting message:

1. Click on "Settings" tab

2. Click on "Greeting, Recording & Hold Music" link

3. Click on "User Greeting" arrow
