This screen is used to configure SS7 links - full menu, signaling, ss7, links.

The link to work on is selected by clocking on the link icons at the top, then detailed configuration to select the following can be done:

a) The link number
b) The variant
c)  The trunk number
d) The timeslot (16 is typical)

The rest of the fields can be set as shown

Also note that this screen can be used to perform maintenance operations on the links by clocking on the buttons at the bottom (deactivate, inhibit, block etc.)

Additionally the maintenance operations can be performed from the Sky Dance GUI as shown here.
