The Call Trace menu enables detailed trace information to be collected on the provisioning server according to the details provided. Up to 5 traces may be initiated at one time.
To enter a new trace, just click on the entry to be modified, enter the new information and then click "save". When the status changes from "NEW" to "PROCESSED", the trace has been successfully enabled on the SKY Dance system.
