To change voicemail greeting:

System admin can configure a *code for users to access his/her voicemail. By default:

*98 will send the user to his/her voicemail
*98<extension> will send the user into voicemail of <extension>

For example, extension 2020 can dial *98 to check his/her own voicemail.

If extension wants to use extension 2222’s phone to check his/her voicemail at extension 2020, he/she can dial *982020 from extension 2222’s phone. Follow the voice prompts enter voicemail password and to change voicemail greeting.
