Banned users cannot signing up using the same email in Skyview in the future.

Accounts can be merged into one primary account. During the merge process, the secondary account's rooms will be transferred to the primary account and the secondary account will be deleted once the merge process completes.

Admin users can also edit users' profiles to change name, email address, roles, the default language and profile picture for the user.
