Company admin can upload auto attendant greetings from Sky Central portal by following the following steps:

1) Login as Company Admin user

2) Click on "Company Amdmin" from the Login/Logout Pull Down. This will allow you to perform the admin tasks

3) From "Phone System" pull down, select “Auto Receptionist”

4) Select "Company Greeting and Menu"

5) Pick either “Company Hours” or “After Hours”

6) Select "Custom Greeting" button

7) At the bottom of the page, you will see “Upload Custom Greeting File”. You can upload or download Auto Attendant Greeting from here. Greeting file needs to be in .wav format.
